Welcome to the Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy Holiday Home! This 171 m² holiday home, spread over 3 floors, is suitable for up to 6 adults and 3 children (up to 3 years old) and is stylishly and modernly furnished. It features a kitchen-living room with adjoining terraces, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a steam sauna.

• Ground Floor:

The spacious, bright living area invites you to relax. Here you’ll find a comfortable three-seater sofa, a SMART TV for relaxing evenings, games, toys, and a dining table that seats up to 8 people—perfect for shared meals and social gatherings. The modern kitchen is open-concept and features a ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, and much more. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with a box-spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. Across from it is the small bathroom with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower.
The spacious outdoor area and the two terraces facing south and north invite you to relax outdoors and are accessible from the living room. Here you’ll find patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a parasol. The house is located directly on the lagoon coast, offering a sunny patio all day long.

• Upper Floor:

The upper floor features two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a box-spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and floor-to-ceiling shower. The third bedroom in the house also has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), which can be separated or pushed together. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a private steam sauna that can accommodate two people at a time. The sauna also features an infrared function. In addition, on the ground floor, you can prepare holiday postcards in the small office with a built-in desk and then mail them on your next bike ride. A washing machine and ironing equipment are also available in the utility room.

• Attic:

There is a very nice, open loft here that children can use for playing, for example.

In addition, the house is equipped with a wooden cot, a rocking cot, a fold-out bed, a high chair, a potty, and a children’s stool. Additional high chairs can be rented from the property manager. Since there are only a limited number available, we ask that you reserve them in advance.

There is a garden shed available for storing patio furniture as well as bicycles. Two parking spaces are also available for your use.

The house is equipped with underfloor heating, a heat pump, and a central ventilation system with heat recovery—ensuring a comfortable living environment at all times.

Sauna towels are not included in the price and can be booked with the property manager for an additional fee.

Pets are not allowed.

The initial supply of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be added for a fee.



The Inseldomizil Stolpe on Usedom welcomes you with 8 holiday apartments and 10 holiday homes.

The thatched-roof houses feature bright and cheerful colours in their interiors. The view of the lagoon coast and the surrounding nature will make your holiday unique.

All apartments and cottages feature bike storage rooms and charging stations for e-bikes. In addition, there are two electric car charging stations on the property, and ample free parking is available. The large outdoor area features landscaped gardens and is partially surrounded by a boulder wall with plantings.

An initial supply of bed linens and towels, as well as travel cots and a high chair, can be booked for an additional fee.

In the houses at 15 Ole Bull, 17 Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, 24 Gustav Mahler, 26 Clara Schumann, 28 Ludwig van Beethoven, and 32 Carl Reineke, there is an indoor sauna.

The buildings at 25 Lasse Thoresen and 33 Antonin Dvorak feature a barrel sauna in the garden. In addition, apartments 20 Georg Händl, 21 Johann Mattheson, and 23 Sebastian Bach share a barrel sauna in the garden.
