Why they chose this property

My property had a large second building at the back which has been converted to a brand new carriage home. The thing I love most about Bowness Ave is that it has the quiet feel of being out of town. It is that quiet. But it is a two minute drive to downtown with all shopping and amenities.

What makes this property unique

Peaceful, tranquil, and green. Watch the deer grazing at all hours of the day. Wildlife abounds. The mature landscaping feels like a woodland park. The carraige house is brand new! In floor heat. Full kitchen. Full laundry. Brand new mattress. Private woodland oasis.
