Alles war in Ordnung

Es war schön , aber das WLAN fehlte da man in dem Haus kaum Empfang hatte und heutzutage alles nur noch online läuft

Ruhige Lage, zweckmäßige Ausstattung und viel Platz

Pros: Geräumiges Haus ganz in der Nähe der Eider . Wunderbar zum erholen wer Natur liebt. Immer wieder gerne, auch mit Hund . Cons: Schlechte Funkverbindung , steile Treppe ins Obergeschoss war teilweise eine Herausforderung.

Maximal 4 Leute zu vermieten

Das Haus ist max. für 4 Personen zu vermieten und nicht für 8 Personen. Geschirr/Besteck nicht für 8 Personen vorhanden. Heizung war viel zu kalt als grundeinstellung eingestellt. Grill durfte man nicht benutzen, trotz dass alle nachbarn auch gegrillt haben.

Hallo Ines, Wir haben Ihre Bewertung zur Kenntnis genommen und uns mit Ihren Gastgebern, Herrn und Frau Hahn, in Verbindung gesetzt, die der Meinung sind, dass die Bewertung einige falsche Darstellungen des Hauses, der Ausstattung und der angebotenen Dienstleistungen enthält. Insbesondere versichern uns Ihre Gastgeber, dass sie mehrere freundliche Telefongespräche mit Ihnen geführt haben und dass Sie zu keinem Zeitpunkt Ihre Bedenken bezüglich des Geschirrs oder Bestecks erwähnt haben. Ihre Gastgeber hätten die Möglichkeit gehabt, die Angelegenheit sofort zu klären, wenn sie über Ihre Bedürfnisse informiert gewesen wären. Herr und Frau Hahn teilten uns auch mit, dass ihr Angebot, das Haus zu besuchen, um die Thermostate einzustellen, abgelehnt wurde. Wir gehen davon aus, dass die Grillsaison gemäß der Hausordnung erst im Mai beginnt und dass diese Information vollständig erklärt wurde. Bei der Erstellung unserer Inserate werden die Aufteilung der Immobilien und die Ausstattung so klar wie möglich dargestellt. Die Fotos werden ohne weitwinklige Objektive aufgenommen und ohne Retusche oder Filter hochgeladen. Sie sind so realitätsnah wie möglich. Auch die Beschreibungen werden regelmäßig aktualisiert. Ihre Gastgeber haben uns mitgeteilt, dass nach der Abreise ein erheblicher zusätzlicher Reinigungsaufwand erforderlich war, der ohne Aufpreis durchgeführt wurde, was sicherlich angemessen gewesen wäre. Wir freuen uns über Ihr Feedback, da es uns hilft, unseren Service zu verbessern, und hoffen, Sie in Zukunft wieder in einer Holidu-Unterkunft begrüßen zu dürfen.
