Das einzige "Problem" sahen wir im Ein- bzw. Ausparken auf dem zur Wohnung gehörenden Parkplatz, wenn alle Parkplätze rundherum belegt sind. Da war es schon ein wenig eng und die Beifahrer mussten helfen. Die Parkplätze am Haus sind zwar angenehm groß, da aber die Strasse an sich sehr schmal ist, musste man beim Ein- bzw. Ausparken sehr aufpassen. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden, das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Die Parkplätze auch für die gegenüberliegenden Häuser sind sehr knapp konzipiert. Bei der Fewo U17 hätte ein Stück vom "Vorgarten" als Parkplatz berücksichtigt werden sollen, um schräge Parkplätze zu schaffen. Für uns war gut, dass der Parkplatz neben uns zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes nicht belegt war. Die Reinigung unter den Betten (Kopfende) ist ausbaufähig.
