Im Großen und Ganzen ein schöner Urlaub. Wir hatten etwas Pech mit dem Wetter aber das inklusive Schwimmbad hat uns gerettet. Die Wohnung war an sich auch sehr schön und gut ausgestattet aber das nicht lüften und nicht verdunkeln der Schlafräume hat uns leider oft frühe Morgende und unruhige/ zu warme Nächte bereitet. Mit fünf Personen ist es dann einfach zu wenig, wenn nur ne Balkontür geöffnet werden kann, was ja bei Kleinkindern im 4. Stock auch so eine Sache ist. Im Großen und Ganzen ein schöner Urlaub mit Abstriche.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es bittet Platz für 5 Personen. Die Lage ist auch in Ordnung da man schnell alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Das wir das Schwimmbad mit nutzen durften, war wirklich klasse und bei unseren Wetter echt die Rettung.Was uns leider gar nicht gefallen hat waren die Schlafzimmer die man nicht lüften konnte und es war keine ordentliche Verdunklung vorhanden. Wir haben nachts die Türen der Zimmer offen stehen lassen müssen, da es sonst viel zu warm in den Zimmern war. Und somit war es morgens ab 5 Uhr hell und die Kinder somit ab 6 Uhr hell wach. Desweiteren war der Eingangsbereich des Gebäudes, alles andere als einladend, da muss dringend was dran gemacht werden. (Dieses tat aber dem Urlaub keinen schlechteres zutun) Im Großen und Ganzen kann hier jeder gut Urlaub machen, wer entspannt mit Helligkeit und nicht Belüftung des Schlafzimmers umgehen kann.

10 Fußweg zum Strand sowie zum Hansa-Park, für schlecht Wetter die Schwimmhalle gleich nebenan, die Schlafräume sind klein - sind ja auch nur zum schlafen, dafür ein sehr großer Balkon, Es waren ein paar sehr schöne Tage.

Lage: Schwimmbad Tür an Tür mit freiem Eintritt, ca. 6-7 Minuten gemüdlicher Fußmarsch bis zur Ostsee-Promenade, Hansapark ebenfalls in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Fahrminuten in Neustadt, REWE, Aldi, Lidl, Futternapf u.s.w. Schöner entspannter Kurzurlaub
