Enjoy stunning mountain views from this house in Saint-Victor-et-Melvieu. The 100 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob and oven, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and an extra toilet, accommodating up to six guests. Amenities include a dedicated workspace, TV, fan, washing machine, as well as books and toys for children. A baby cot and high chair are also available. The private outdoor area offers a garden, terrace, balcony, and barbecue.
A tennis court is just a 15-minute walk away. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request for an extra fee. Cleaning service is also available for an extra fee. Electricity is charged separately during winter for usage above a daily limit; the meter will be read at check-in and check-out, and an extra fee applies if you exceed the allowance.
