Villa Concordia, comprising Houses 1 and 2, is located just 300 metres from the fine-sand swimming beach or 500 metres from the surfing and kitesurfing beach. The Sundowner apartment is located on the 2nd floor of House 2 and offers sleeping accommodation for up to 6 people in its 74 m². Two separate bedrooms provide 4 sleeping spots (1 double bed, 1 pull-out bed that converts to a double), and the sofa bed in the living room can be made up for 2 additional adults.
The cosy couch quickly becomes the favourite spot for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. Other favourite spots can be found on the balcony, in the comfortable reading chairs, or at the dining table while playing games, chatting, or listening to music together. The apartment, furnished in a cosy Nordic style, offers all the comforts of home.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for cooking.
Of particular note is the separation of the toilet (with a sink and mirror, for a quick wash-up) from the spacious bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in, level-access shower. Underfloor heating ensures warm feet, not just during the cold season.

Just 250 metres from the beautiful, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, right in the middle of the nature reserve, stands the Concordia holiday home, which was newly built in 2024. Right next door stands the Lotsenberg hill with an observation tower—the former lighthouse tower. From up there, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea, the coasts of the offshore islands, the Bodden, and the Mönchgut Peninsula.
