Schade

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet . Es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Freude wurde jedoch getrübt als wir angekommen sind und dieses Haus sehr dreckig Vorgefunden haben. Alte Hundeknochen auf dem Schrank , Sachen unter dem Bad sowie Staub und Papier. Staub lag gefühlt Meterhoch . Das Bad sehr schmutzig die Fenster und Türen nicht geputzt. Wir haben alle Fotos von dem Zustand weitergeleitet mit einer Beschwerde. Am nächsten Tag wurde es halbwegs beseitigt . Man hatte aber kein angenehmes Gefühl. Schade , weil das Haus wirklich schön ist und die Gegend absolut ruhig. Negativ war auch der nicht vorhandene Internet Empfang. Die Dame am Telefon war nicht sonderlich freundlich, obwohl wir allen Grund dazu gehabt hätten. Wir haben nach zwei Beschwerden einen 40Gutschein für ein Café in der Nähe erhalten. Vielleicht sollte man sich vor Augen halten das Gäste ihren wohlverdienten Urlaub genießen möchten und dafür auch Geld ausgeben. Dann sollte es zumindest richtig sauber sein !
