    Eine sehr schöne Wohnung im Zentrum von Schwerin. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen.

    Die Wohnung war sehr gut. Die Lage ist perfekt zum Gang in die Altstadt. Auch mit unserem kleinen Hund war alles problemlos. Das Parken im Hinterhof war ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Leider gab es keinen wirklich guten Abstellort für Fahrräder. Daher haben wir diese auf dem Träger gelassen. Die Wohnung an sich ist etwas hellhörig, was aber bei alten Stadthäusern relativ normal ist. Auch der Hinterhof und das Treppenhaus an sich sind etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Dass die Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Haus vorbei fährt, ist wegen der Lautstärke etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Im Schlafzimmer waren diese aber nicht mehr so laut. Zumal die Bahn nachts nicht oder wenig fährt. Das einzig Nervige ist vielleicht die nach innen aufgehenden Tür zum Bad. Immer etwas eng. Und die Fenster müssten mal geputzt werden. Ansonsten aber eine top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung und weiterzuempfehlen.

    Für unsere Zwecke mit Hund sehr gut. Zentrale Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar.

    Das Grundstück im hinteren Bereich ist sehr matschig und ungepflegt.Die Fassade ist renovierungsbedürftig!Die Wohnung selbst ist tiptop! Sie liegt super nah am Stadtkern und zum Schloss!! Unsere Empfehlung für das leibliche Wohl sind das Schreibers und Pier 7!!

    Waren 14 Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung und sind sehr zufrieden gewesen .Die Küche gut ausgestattet, wenn auch ein paar Kleinigkeiten fehlten(Schüssel, Sieb) , ansonsten alles bestens!

    Gute Lage,direkt gegenüber ist ein Einkaufszentrum mit Bäcker....

    Sehr gut,die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr nett eingerichtet.Die Straßenbahn fährt direkt neben dem Gebäude,wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind hört man nichts.Das Schlafzimmer ist nach hinten raus.
