Leider einige Mängel vorhanden

Leider haben wir oberhalb des Bad Fensters Schimmel vorgefunden. Zudem ist das Grundstück nicht abschließbar, da das Tor bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht verschließbar war. Bei mehreren Türklinken gab es Beeinträchtigungen, da entweder die Feder kaputt war oder sich der Griff hat fast rausziehen lassen. Sowohl im Ferienhaus als auch an der Außenfassade schauen Kabel aus der Wand. Im Wohnzimmer, Küche und im Essbereich befindet sich kein Sichtschutz an den Fenstern. Und im Obergeschoss befindet sich eine Klappe, die nicht verriegelt ist, hinter welcher sich die Treppe zum Dachbodenaufgang befindet und bei Wind auf und zu schlägt.Kleinere Dekorative Anmerkungen sind, dass uns persönlich eine Uhr gefehlt hat, ein Besteckkorb in der Spülmaschine und beispielsweise ein Regal als Stauraum im Wohnzimmer.

Liebe Gäste, vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit für eine ausführliche Rückmeldung genommen haben. Es tut uns sehr leid zu lesen, dass Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts mehrere Mängel festgestellt haben. Der Hinweis auf möglichen Schimmel oberhalb des Badfensters ist für uns besonders wichtig – das haben wir umgehend prüfen und beheben lassen. Auch das nicht verschließbare Tor sowie die beanstandeten Türklinken und die offene Klappe im Obergeschoss entsprechen selbstverständlich nicht unserem Anspruch an Sicherheit und Qualität. Diese Punkte wurden bereits kontrolliert und instand gesetzt. Freiliegende Kabel sowie fehlender Sichtschutz sind ebenfalls Aspekte, die wir sehr ernst nehmen und nachgebessert haben bzw. prüfen. Vielen Dank auch für Ihre dekorativen Anregungen (Uhr, Besteckkorb, zusätzlicher Stauraum) – solche Hinweise helfen uns sehr, den Komfort weiter zu verbessern.
