The master bedroom and the second bedroom are both furnished with luxurious king-sized beds, providing plenty of space and comfort for a restful night’s sleep. In addition, the living room features a queen-sized sofa bed, offering extra sleeping accommodations for guests.

* Tenant registration is required in the building. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you a form to fill out and submit to the building before the check in date.

* Building amenities (9th floor) are available for guests staying for 30 days or longer only. The outdoor pool (10th floor) is only open subject to weather and at building management's discretion.

*Parking for one vehicle is free. There are also several paid parking options nearby:
- Green P Parking - 7 mins walk from the unit
- 40 York St
- South Parking - Metro Toronto Convention Centre - 6 mins walk from the unit
- Lower Simcoe St
- The building also offers a paid secure underground parking garage with 24/7 security that has direct suite access through the elevators for only 20-30 CAD per day. The parking garage entrance is just beside the building’s main entrance of 65 Bremner Blvd, across from Scotia Bank Arena.
