Our wooded backyard is entirely private. You'll find a 6-person hot tub, a fire pit for evening s'mores, an outdoor dining table that seats upto 6, a complimentary EV charger right in the driveway, and a Direct-Line BBQ Grill hooked straight to our house gas line so you will NEVER run out of propane mid-dinner!

Our cabin is located inside the private Big Bass Lake community. To access and use any of these resort amenities, guests (ages 7+) Must Purchase daily or weekly passes.

• To keep our private community pristine and uncrowded, Resort Passes are purchased in person at the Admin Office or The Clubhouse ( ~5 mins drive from cabin) . Kids under 7 are always free!

We spend our own family vacations here, so we hold our cleanliness and guest service to a high standard. If anything during your stay is not completely right, or if you feel like something is missing, please message us immediately. We are available around the clock and will jump on it right away to make it right for you. Your comfort means everything to us.

Guests have access to the entire cabin and outdoor spaces during their stay.

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. A complimentary EV charger is available for guest use.

For safety and storage purposes, a small owner's closet and crawlspace are not accessible to guests.

We value privacy and want you to enjoy the cabin at your own pace.

A custom access code will be sent prior to check-in for easy, contactless entry and we're available through the Airbnb app if you need anything during your stay.

We'll typically check in shortly after arrival, the following morning, and before checkout to ensure everything is going smoothly, while giving you plenty of space to relax and enjoy your trip.

Big Bass Lake is an award-winning, secure gated resort community nestled within 1,900 acres of pristine Pocono woodlands. It offers a private, family-centered playground that allows you to skip the standard public tourist crowds.

🆔 HOST BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

• Short-Term Stays (under 7 nights): The primary renter (minimum age 25) must complete standard ID verification, Signed Rental Agreement and submit a refundable security deposit hold via our guest portal.

• Extended / Monthly Stays (7+ nights): Requires standard ID verification, Signed Rental Agreement and a custom refundable security deposit hold (adjusted based on total length of stay) collected prior to check-in.

🔒 Gated Community Entry (Guest Registration) :

• To secure your gate clearance, primary renter must provide the full first and last names of all overnight guests. This ensures community security has your group on the official visitor list for a seamless arrival.

• Max occupancy is strictly 7 registered guests. Unregistered guests will be denied entry at the gate by community security.

• No Pets Allowed: Our family cabin is kept strictly pet-free due to severe family allergies.

• Indoor Fireplace: Closed during the Summer Season ( May - Sept)

🧳 Life happens! We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected disturbances that may arise prior to or during your stay.

Current Amenity Pass Rates ( Ages 7 & Older):

Passes can be purchased directly through the Community Administration Office, Clubhouse, or Recreation Center.

Daily Pass: $8 per person weekdays/non-holidays, $10 per person weekends/holidays. Valid only on the day issued.

Weekly Pass: $30 per person non-holiday weeks, $50 per person holiday weeks. Valid for 7 consecutive days from the date issued.

Quiet hours are observed from **11:00 PM to 7:30 AM

🚗 Speed Limits & Fines

The speed limit throughout Big Bass Lake is 25 MPH
Speed limits are strictly enforced by security and automated radar monitoring systems.
Any citations, fines, or penalties incurred during your stay are the responsibility of the guest.

🗑️ Trash & Recycling

🐻 Wildlife Protection: To keep local Poconos wildlife (and bears!) safe, our community utilizes a centralized, secure trash disposal station. We provide the bags. Simply drop them off at the community compactor on your short drive out!

🏡 Private Property

Big Bass Lake consists of both private properties and community spaces.
Please refrain from walking, driving, riding, or parking on private property.

🚰 Water Supply

The cabin is supplied by a private well.
The water is professionally tested, safe to drink, and available throughout the home.
