The non-smoking vacation apartment for 4 people + extra bed for children in a crib is located on the upper floor of a vacation home on a plot of approx. 1,400 m² in the center of the Ostseebad Trassenheide. It is about 1.6 km to the Baltic Sea beach. Shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés are within a radius of a few hundred meters.
The 3-room apartment is 65 m² in size and was extensively modernized and refurnished in 2020. It has a living room with dining table and open kitchenette (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, dining table, electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bathroom with shower/WC and 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is also a furnished balcony. A crib and high chair can be provided for small children. A parking lot, bicycle stands and a central barbecue area are available on the property.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. In the Baltic seaside resort of Trassenheide, vacationers are required to pay a visitor's tax (payable in cash on site).

Trassenheide, the seaside resort in the north of the island of Usedom, is characterized by its fine sandy beach. Nudist and dog bathing beach nearby. The town is connected to the island's cycle network. Events and concerts take place on the promenade in summer.
