This semi-detached house with two separate vacation apartments for up to 2 adults and 2 children each is idyllically situated on the edge of the forest and within sight of Lake Fleesensee, within a small vacation home development. In front of the house there is a large meadow and a small playground. A restaurant is a few minutes' walk away, shopping facilities approx. 1.3 km and the tourist center with harbor, stores and other restaurants approx. 2 km away.
The two approx. 70 sqm non-smoking apartments were completely renovated and refurnished in 2021. They each have a living room (upholstered furniture, wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, radio) with an open kitchen (dining area, electric stove with oven, refrigerator, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (2 single beds that can be put together), a 2nd bedroom in (DZVV), and a bathroom. Bedroom in (DZV631) house 15 (bunk bed) or a sleeping loft for children in (DZV632) house 16 (2 flat beds), a small corridor area and a bathroom (shower/WC, hairdryer) as well as a shared storage room with washing machine (2 EUR per wash) and sauna area. Guests also have access to a high chair, parking spaces, a large furnished terrace (with privacy screen), barbecue, firewood (free of charge), insect screens on the windows and electric radiators.
Final cleaning, water and energy costs are included in the total price. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Visitor's tax: One small pet (max. 30 cm shoulder height) is allowed in this property.

The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the center of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as the island town, as the old town, which is well worth seeing, is surrounded by the Fleesensee and the Malchower See. An earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic, connect the two parts of the town. There are also passenger boat moorings, a harbor, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Other attractions include the monastery church, the town mill, a large bathing beach, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and a riding stables just outside the town. Boat and bicycle rental directly in the town as well as wellness, sports and golf offers in the nearby vacation resort Land Fleesensee round off the tourist attractions.
