The two vacation apartments are located separately in a vacation home on a 1500 square meter property in the Paske district, just a few steps from the harbor on Lake Usedom. The center of Usedom (town) is therefore only about 500 m away on foot. The house was extensively renovated from 2018 to 2019 and the apartments were furnished to a high standard. The property is completely fenced.
Each apartment has a furnished terrace or outdoor seating area, sun loungers, barbecue and parking space. Internet (W-Lan) is also available.
The 90 m² apartment for max. 6 people is spread over two floors. On the first floor there is a large and fully equipped kitchen (large dining table, electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. On the upper floor there is a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, flat screen TV, relaxing armchair and vacation library), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds) and another bathroom with shower/WC.
The total price includes the final cleaning as well as water and energy consumption, bed linen and towels must be brought along.

Paske is a small and quiet district of the town of Usedom directly on Lake Usedom in the south of the island. In 2019, the construction of a harbor was completed, which connects Paske directly to the center of Usedom. Shopping facilities and restaurants can therefore be reached (on foot) in just a few hundred meters. The surroundings of the southern part of the island are generally still pristine, quiet and rural. The lively imperial spas (Heringsdorf, Bansin, Ahlbeck) are around 20 km away.
