About this property

One of two vacation homes close to the beach is situated on a 500 square meter separate recreational plot, about 10 minutes' walk from the Baltic Sea beach. This vacation home is equipped with: Living room (upholstered furniture incl. sofa bed, LCD TV, radio), open kitchenette (electric stove, fridge, various kitchen appliances), 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds), veranda with dining area, shower/WC, night storage heater. There is a terrace or outdoor seating area, garden furniture, barbecue and parking space. The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption. Bed linen can be brought or optionally rented. Towels must be brought along. Nonnevitz is subject to visitor's tax, payment is made on site.

Nonnevitz is a district of Dranske, located on the Wittow peninsula in the northernmost part of the island of Rügen. The village has a very beautiful sandy beach, camping site and gastronomic offers (fish smokehouse, pizzeria, etc.). The leisure facilities of a nearby vacation park (indoor swimming pool, golf, restaurant, mini market, etc.) are open to the public.
