I had a great stay! Lisa was easy to communicate with before check-in and she made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The location is in a quiet neighborhood a short walk to the subway (Main Street station) that will take you to downtown. It's also a short walk to a big supermarket and a lot of amazing Bangladeshi (and other) restaurants.
The apartment was clean and ideal for one person. I liked having the kitchenette to do some basic cooking and make French press coffee. There were plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The bed was comfortable. There's a nice sitting area with a sofa and TV. I'd love to come back here if I return to Toronto!
The space is a very low ceiling basement apartment. The ceilings are at 6 ft 3 in, which is exactly my height so it wasn't really comfortable to walk around. The bathroom tub and shower only has less than 5 feet clearance so you can't stand in the shower. Parking is paid street parking, which the host graciously printed the receipt and parking pass for me before I arrived. Great host, very kind and helpful. Very clean.
