The apartment features a spacious living and dining area with a comfortable couch, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 4 people. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker.
One bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00), and the other has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00). There is ample storage space for clothes and luggage. The modern bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
The living room opens onto the balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air and the view of the surrounding area.
The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away and offers beach chairs, bathrooms, and showers. There are many restaurants, cafes, and shopping options nearby.
A free parking space is available for guests. Wi-Fi is also available and can be used free of charge.
This holiday rental is ideal for a relaxing holiday on the North Sea.

Visitor’s Tax
As a landlord or booking agency, we are obligated to collect the applicable tourist tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the nightly rate for handling and processing the booking.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the accommodation price. Upon request, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive relaxed and with light luggage.


We provide the following amenities for each guest:
