Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (100 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed and satellite TV (flat screen). Shower/WC. Small terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, conservatory. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Smoke alarm. The house has a workstation, 50mbit wireless LAN and an OLED Smart TV. The winter garden can be heated.
