Our beautiful, cozy holiday apartment with a large roof terrace to relax in is located in a rural location and has a separate entrance.

The holiday apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A very good starting point for numerous activities - whether you want to hike or cycle, experience cities and culture or be inspired by the landscape of the Eifel, the Moselle valley and the Müllertal in Luxembourg.

The holiday apartment has bright rooms and a large roof terrace. It is predominantly equipped with wooden furniture, is allergy-friendly and families are warmly welcome. The children's room offers play options and the roof terrace is also suitable for children.

The roof terrace is very large, has a lounge and a dining table... it's a great place to sit and relax. This is also exactly the right place for morning breakfast or a cozy barbecue evening.

Very pleasant stay near Trier

We, as a family with two young children, had a very pleasant stay in the appartment. We had a warm welcome and everything you need is available in the appartment. The children played with the toys and games they found in their room. It's very near Trier. Tolle Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse. Von dort sind es nur ein paar Kilometer bis nach Trier oder ins benachbarte Luxemburg. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Alles wat nodig is was voorhanden en het was zeer schoon. Helaas was fris wat met een deken opgelost kon worden. De CV gaf helaas geen warmte.

Es ist einen sehr schöne saubere Ferienwohnung. Wir wurden von der Familie nett und freundlich empfangen. Bei Fragen standen sie zur Verfügung und waren sehr hilfreich. Die Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet und es fehlte nichts. Für uns gab es einen Gegenstand den wir hervorheben müssen, den wir in noch keiner Ferienwohnung hatten: eine Brotschneidemaschine. Diese Maschine haben wir gerne genutzt. Auch die bereitgestellten Getränke, zu einem kleinen Preis, haben wir gerne genutzt. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war für unsere Unternehmungen sehr, Luxemburg, Trier usw. waren schnell zu erreichen. Kleines Manko es gibt in diesem Ort keine fußnahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles in allem haben wir die Ferien bei der Familie Pütz genossen.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Die Räume sind angenehm geschnitten. Lediglich an die offene Treppe und das Knarzen des Fussbodens mussten wir uns erstmal gewöhnen. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine sehr große Terrasse mit tollem Blick in den Garten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super für Ausflüge nach Trier, Luxemburg u.ä. geeignet.

Heerlijk vakantie appartement met zonnig dakterras

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het appartement is netjes, ruim en schoon. De bedden zijn prima. Het dakterras geeft uitzicht op de grote, groene tuin met eenden en kippen. De verhuurders zijn erg vriendelijk. Het plaatsje Newel is erg rustig en ligt in de heuvels tussen de gele bloemenvelden. Wij raden dit verblijf aan!

Gezellig vakantiehuisje

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf. Het huisje was in de buurt van Trier en alle andere bezienswaardigheden. Het is er erg mooi. Jana en partner waren erg gastvrij en vriendelijk. Bedankt.

Gemütliche Traumwohnung

Die Wohnung im kleinen Dörfchen Newel ist ein absoluter Traum. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es gibt ausreichend Spiele und Bücher.Der Kamin im Wohnzimmer lädt zu Verweilen ein. Die Küche hät alles bereit, was man benötigt. Sas Badezimmer macht jeden Morgen gute Laune. Besonders unsere beiden Kinder haben sich sehr gefreut, dass sie täglich von den lieben Kindern der Vermieter zum Spielen abgeholt wurden, sie waren den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Die Küche ist mit allem Ausgestattet was man benötigt

Nette FeWo in Grenznähe

Wir haben uns für die FeWo aufgrund der Nähe nach Luxemburg entschieden. Die FeWo ist genau so, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Check in wie Check out funktionierte reibungslos. Die Gastgeber wohnen nebenan und können bei Bedarf auf kurzem Weg kontaktiert werden. Wir haben die große, schöne Terrasse genossen. Da konnten wir morgens bereits die ersten Sonnenstrahlen einfangen und uns abends nochmals davon wärmen lassen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gemütlich. Weniger erholsam war unser Schlaf aufgrund knarzender Betten und Dielenböden.Newel ist ein ruhiger kleiner Ort. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind keine vorhanden.

Die Ferienwohnung läßt keine Wünsche offen.

Super entspannt, sehr freundliche Gastgeber. An dieser Stelle, herzliche Grüße an die Frau Großmutter. Und selbstverständlich auch an alle anderen Familienmitglieder ( nebst Katze, Hühner ,Enten und den Bienen, die es tatsächlich verstehen Gewitter vorauszusagen ).

Wohnung war sehr schön, modern, rustikal, Top! Wetter hat uns leider etwas im Stich gelassen, war aber nicht schlimm, Gesellschaftsspiele haben uns beschäftigt. Kommen gerne wieder, mit hoffentlich besserem Wetter. Gastgeber: 5 Sterne. Danke.
