Lower floor: Here you will find the bright living and dining area, one of the two bedrooms and the fully equipped kitchen, which leads you directly to the sunny, covered terrace on the quiet Marienkirchplatz. The terrace is equipped with comfortable garden furniture - an ideal place to unwind with a coffee or a glass of wine.
Upper floor: The modern daylight shower room is on this level. A single bed is available for another guest in the open gallery of a small living room. A further bedroom can be provided upon request for a fee and is equipped with an additional smart TV and comfortable beds with electric slatted frames.
