The vacation home, with 150 m² of living space, has 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and can accommodate 1–8 people. Pets are welcome. The first floor features a bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. A washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room for washing your clothes. On the first floor, the living room, the small balcony, and the fully equipped kitchen with a dining area invite you to relax and unwind. A separate toilet (shower toilet) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and two sinks are also located there. Additional sleeping accommodations are on the second floor. One of the two bedrooms has access to the upper garden with a small terrace and to the attic, which also features a double bed. There is also a separate restroom on this floor. The bedroom in the attic has air conditioning that can also supply cool air to the bedrooms below. The staircase leading to the bedroom in the attic under the roof is located in one of the bedrooms below. The two rooms are therefore not completely separated from one another. Feel free to use the TV with cable connection in the living room. Free internet is also available (Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections in every room). In the spacious, lockable courtyard, there is plenty of room next to the seating area and the grill for your vehicle, which you can park here safely (entrance height: 3.05 meters). The newly renovated half-timbered house, which you’ll have all to yourself, is located in the beautiful Main Valley on the outskirts of Retzbach at the foot of the Benediktushöhe. From here, you can plan cycling and hiking tours in the Retz Valley or the vineyards, for example, or visit outdoor swimming pools in the neighboring towns. The nearby city of Würzburg is easily accessible by train (12 minutes on the Regional Express). There you’ll find countless sights and culinary delights. Experience village and wine festivals, or stop by one of the many roadside taverns serving typical Franconian cuisine. Locally, you’ll find a wide variety of shopping options and restaurants. The “Maria im grünen Tal” pilgrimage church is located about 300 meters away. Right next to the church, other spots invite you to relax, such as the Marienbrünnlein and the Health Garden with its meditation pavilion. Payment must be made no later than one day before arrival via bank transfer or PayPal. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys are provided via a key safe. Pets are allowed. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). Included in the base rate: towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, and parking.
