Located on a quiet private street and just 150 metres from the fine white sandy beach, here you can listen to nature and the waves of the Baltic Sea.
As soon as you step inside, you’ll feel the exceptional charm, the cosy modernity, and the attention to detail with which the house has been furnished. This is Ostseezwilling 2—your holiday home.
With three quiet and comfortable bedrooms—featuring two double beds and two single beds with comfortable mattresses (4-season feather-and-down bedding [duvet 140x200 cm, pillows 80x80 cm and 40x80 cm), Ostseezwilling 2 offers its guests restful nights and plenty of space for your clothes. Pleated blinds, insect screens, and exterior shutters provide even more sleeping comfort.
Start your day with a cup of coffee—either filter coffee or fresh from the Nespresso machine—along with toast or a sandwich, or perhaps a fresh waffle or a sweet muffin. The perfectly equipped open kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.
Two modern, high-quality bathrooms ensure your comfort, featuring a shower, heated towel rack, hair dryer, makeup mirror, high-quality towels and bath mats, and plenty of storage space for your toiletries.
In the summer, the beautiful terrace invites you to relax with comfortable outdoor furniture, a parasol, a charcoal grill, two lounge chairs, and a hanging chair. For a perfect day at the beach, a handcart is available, complete with a beach blanket, umbrella, windbreak, and a high-quality cooler with ice packs, as well as plenty of beach toys for our younger guests.
A cosy living room with comfortable seating, a TV, a DVD player with plenty of DVDs, various family games, books, and a fireplace invites you to relax in any season. Underfloor heating on the ground and upper floors, high-speed Wi-Fi (fibre optic), 2 parking spaces right next to the house, and a garden shed—perfect for securely storing your bicycles and charging your e-bikes—round out the amenities at Ostseezwilling 2.

Within walking distance—about 1 km away—you’ll find the Zingst pier with its diving gondola, as well as the promenade with many charming little shops, numerous bars, cafés, and restaurants. There is also an ATM and medical care available there. A bike rental shop is located in the immediate vicinity, only about 250 m away. Supermarkets are located about 1.5–2 km away.
In July 2023, the property was certified as sustainable by “Klimapatenschaft Tourismus.”
Bed linens and towels are mandatory and included in your booking at a cost of 25€ per person; they will be provided at the property.
