This luxurious apartment has approximately 55 square metres of living space and is located on the ground floor. The living area, featuring an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, opens onto the terrace and offers an unobstructed view of the North Sea and the lush Oberland region. A second terrace is located on the sunny south side of the apartment.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed; the shower room and toilet are separate.
Wi-Fi, TV, and a radio/docking station are available; bed linens and towels are included and are changed during longer stays. Washing machines and dryers are available in the basement for a fee (coin-operated machines).



“Gateway to the Sea” is a new developmentproject with a total of 25 residential units on the outskirts of the Oberland, offering views of the North Sea and the green Oberland. All apartments feature either a rooftop terrace, balcony, or patio, high-quality furnishings, in-floor heating, and a controlled ventilation system. Twenty apartments are available for rent as holiday rentals to guests. The Heligoland Bird Observatory is right next door.



Check-in is from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
