We live in West Tennessee (for now) in hopes of making New Smyrna Beach our permanent home in a few years. Tennessee is fabulous, but we absolutely love the beach and the New Smyrna area. We hope you love it as much as we do and enjoy your stay.
Why they chose this property
We instantly fell in love with NSB as it gives a small town feel with tons of locally owned shops and restaurants. The food is delicious, the people are friendly and the beach is clean.
What makes this property unique
We have a heated pool that has an 8ft deep in. Apparently we are the only property with a true deep end as we have been grandfathered in. The grass is lush and just gives you a happy feeling when you are on the balcony looking at the pool or the ocean. The views are fantastic!
