About this property

Beautiful villa (5 rooms) with swimming pool and terrace

Beautiful house of 140 m2 with garden, swimming pool and shaded terrace. Upscale services (the terraces were completely renovated in 2010 approx 100m2). You can at any time of the day choose the shade or the sun at the edge of the pool. The 2 bathrooms were redone in 2011.
Located in a very quiet place close to the sea, shops and the neighborhood house that offers many activities. The village of Carro is famous for its fish market and you can enjoy the sea either by practicing water sports (sailing school, windsurfing, diving, fishing) or by relaxing along the coast where you will find places wild little traveled to the rocky coast. You can also walk from the house (5mn) to the largest sandy beach in the area (Verdon beach) with supervised swimming and restaurants.

The house has a high chair, a stroller, a cot and a baby bath.

Carro is a small village of 1500 inhabitants that offers all the amenities. Several fish restaurants are located there and are supplied by local fishermen who organize a daily market open to all.

Toutes les promesses et photos de l'annonce ont été tenues voire dépassées, tant ce lieu rayonne les splendeurs et de la paix d'une famille qui y vie toujours (sauf juillet et août), tant ce lieu nous rendait à l'aise par les objets complets et pratiques ainsi que et les chambres, cuisine et salon et salle de bain sont complètement et parfaitement équipés de ce que vous pouvez vous imaginer. Sans parler du swimingpool qui fais le joie de grands et petits. Le contact et le suivi de la propriétaire est proactif et discret en même temps. En plus: Proche de la mer et places de parc pour les voitures devant la villa rendent ce lieu idéale pour les familles.

Traumhafte Villa mit Pool- ideal für 2 Familien

Das Haus war wie beschrieben super groß und löste gleich beim Betreten das ersten „wow“ aus. Der Wohnbereich ist für zwei Familien gut aufgeteilt, eine wohnt oben, eine im EG mit Tür zum Wohnbereich, dahinter die Schlafzimmer und das Bad. Alle Räume sind groß, und die Betten waren sehr bequem! Auch für kleinere Kinder ist das benötigte Equipment schon da (Hochstuhl, Babywanne, Toilettensitz, wasserdichte Betteinlage,…), und es gibt sogar einen Pool-Schutz-Zaun. Der Pool ist auch sehr toll und wird regelmäßig gepflegt. Der Wohnbereich ist groß genug für 8 Personen, die Elektrogeräte sind top modern und es gibt drin wie draußen ausreichend gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Man kann auch alles vorher anfragen, wenn etwas Bestimmtes von Interesse ist, jede Frage wird immer zeitnah und sehr freundlich beantwortet. Zum Strand sind es keine 10mins, und das Wasser ist einfach super. An manchen Tagen mit Wellen, ansonsten kann man baden oder schnorcheln, es gibt immer was zu tun! Die Besitzerin sowie ihre Hausverwalterin waren immer erreichbar und hatten auch immer gerne gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir hatten dort einen super tollen Urlaub und können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Super sejour ; grande maison offrant tout le confort requis pour une famille recomposée ; une piscine tres appreciable par cette chaleur ; a 5 min a pieds de la mer et d’une petite plage de sable tres agreable; access facile a Marseille et au vieux port (35 min en voiture)

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in der Unterkunft verbracht. Es ist alles da, was man braucht um sich selber zu verpflegen, die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet und auf der Terrasse gibt es einen kleinen Holzkohleofen. Sollte man doch lieber Lust auf ein Restaurant oder eine Pizzeria haben, gibt es in dem kleinen Fischerdörfchen einige Möglichkeiten abends auswärts zu essen. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, zwei Bäckereien und ein Mini-Markt sind etwa 500m vom Haus entfernt, morgens gibt es im Hafen fangfrischen Fisch. Auch der Strand ist zu Fuss zu erreichen, an Feiertagen und am Wochenende aber auch sehr gut besucht! Der Pool ist ausreichend groß, min. 1,20m tief d.h. bei kleinen Kindern unbedingt unter Aufsicht zu benutzen, es gibt auch die Möglichkeit den Pool mit einem Zaun abzugrenzen um den Zugang für kleine Kinder zu versperren. Wer einen größeren Supermarkt sucht, muss etwa 15 Minuten in den nächst größeren Ort fahren, die beiden Mini-Supermärkte haben aber eigentlich alles, sind vielleicht etwas teurer. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es Ventilatoren, eine Klimaanlage wäre manchen Tages wünschenswert gewesen, wir hatten zeitweise 36-37°, aber das empfindet auch jeder unterschiedlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen. ( 2 Familien = 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder zwischen 6 und 9)

Belle petite semaine dans le sud

Agréable semaine chez l'hôte, quartier très calme, village également Beaucoup de visites et de sites à visiter autour Le drive nous a sauvé la vie car les prix du petit commerce plus bas sont triplés mais c'est normal Maison agréable et on y trouve tout ce qu'il faut pour le nombre de personnes Retour en Touraine où on respire un peu mieux😂

Une semaine entre familles

Nous sommes partis à 2 couples d’amis avec nos enfants en bas âges et avons particulièrement apprécié cette maison qui dispose de tout le confort nécessaire, de la proximité avec la mer et les petits commerces. Le jardin est agréablement ombragé pendant les heures chaudes avec néanmoins la piscine au soleil sur les après-midi permettant d’en profiter lorsque certains enfants font de plus longues siestes. Un bel accueil et une semaine entre amis particulièrement appréciée.

Une tres bonne semaine

Nous avons passe un tres bonne semaine. La proprietaire est courtoise et a l ecoute. La maison est tres sympathique dommage que les photos disponibles ne lui rendent pas hommage. Au calme, a 10mn a pied des commerces et de la mer cette maison est parfaite pour des vacances.

Le temps passe vite quand on est bien.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine. La maison est adorable,bien équipée et elle est placée dans un endroit calme. Si vous avez besoin de faire des courses vous avez des grands centres commerciaux à Martigues. On a tous été très bien accueillis , on a bien profité de nos vacances .

Indylischer Mikrokosmos

Das Haus mit seiner Terrasse und dem Pool ist ein indylischer Mikrokosmos. Die Bilder versprechen weniger als die Realität. Egal zu welcher Tageszeit findet man immer sonnige oder schattige Plätze rund um das Haus. Der Pool ist groß genug zum Schwimmen. Und das Haus ist sehr urig, familär und geschmackvoll eingerichtet über zwei Stockwerke mit einer Galerie über dem Wohnzimmer. Die Badebuchten, der Bäcker oder der kleine Hafen, an dem es morgens frischen Fisch gibt, sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

très bon séjour

Après un accueil sympathique et des petites attention de Patricia nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Les photos ne rendent pas la valeur de la maison . Nous avons été plus qu'agréablement surpris par cette maison. Seul petit bémol mais qui n'est pas de la faute des propriétaire c'est les moustiques. Nous avons trouvé la parade avec des produits à mettre sur la peau. La région est très belle je recommande et je pense que je reviendrai surement. Merci Patricia
