The Sanddorn House, with a lot area of approximately 1,150 square metres, is located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Thiessow on Strandstraße in the so-called Surfpark. The building, which contains a total of 8 holiday apartments, is about a 150-meter walk from the Baltic Sea beach. Holiday Apartment No. 1 is on the ground floor and has two terraces, each 15 square metres in size, facing south and west. Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find several small restaurants as well as the local supermarket with its own bakery. A snack bar serves guests in a hurry right on the beach. From the Lotsenturm, located on the hill of the same name right next to the apartment complex, you’ll enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the Greifswald Bodden, stretching from Göhren to Klein-Zicker. When the weather is nice, you can see the island of Oie.

This 3-room holiday apartment, designed to accommodate 2 to a maximum of 4 adults and 1 toddler up to 3 years old in a travel cot, is a comfortable, approximately 67-square-meter non-smoking apartment located on the ground floor. In the combined living and dining area, you’ll find a cosy couch with a coffee table and a recliner, as well as an LCD flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, a mini stereo system with an USB port, and a collection of games on a flat shelf. The apartment’s amenities are further enhanced by Wi-Fi access. During the colder months, the fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere in the living area. The kitchenette, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and other practical kitchen utensils, is complemented by a round dining area with four chairs. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom features two single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m), a closet, and a 23-inch LCD TV. Blackout curtains protect you from prying eyes outside the apartment. The bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, a heated towel rack, and a hair dryer, rounds out the bathroom facilities. The living area and bathroom are equipped with underfloor heating and feature high-quality tile flooring. All windows and balcony doors have electric exterior blinds. From the living area, you can access both terraces (facing south and west), which feature comfortable seating and a sun umbrella, allowing you to enjoy either the midday or evening sun. In the apartment’s storage closet, you’ll find a vacuum cleaner and a clothes dryer for the balcony. A private parking space (No. 01) is located on the property. A bike shed capable of storing two bicycles is included with the apartment. Pets are not allowed. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own linens. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 tea towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
