The dining area, with a large table and 6 comfortable chairs, offers plenty of space for cosy meals and drinks. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and other practical kitchen appliances, making cooking a pleasure. There are two bedrooms. One features a large double bed with two separate mattresses and an extra bed; the other bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom includes a bathtub, separate shower, toilet, and large sink. There is also a guest bathroom in the entryway. A washing machine is available. Central heating provides cosy warmth on cool summer days as well as on cold winter days. Calls to German landlines and internet access are free of charge.
