Katastrophale Unterkunft, Service, Sicherheit.Bei unserer früheren Ankunft durften wir unsere Sachen im Apartment abstellen und der Putztrupp wurde informiert.Leider wurden auch unsere neue Lebensmittel, die wir im Kühlschank gestellt haben mit entfernt. Die Sauberkeit war mittelmässig.Das Apartment hatte jedoch einige Mängel.Die Rolladen waren defekt und konnten nicht geöffnet werden.Die Vermieter wurden sofort darüber informiert.Ein Meerblick ist bei dem Apartment ebenfalls nicht vorhanden!Der Beschlag an der Eingangstür fällt fast ab und die Klimaanlage auf dem Balkon tropft genau auf die Wäscheleinen!Warmwasser scheint hier auch nicht die Regel zu sein.Wobei das Nebensächlich, da in der Dusche eine Steckdose installiert ist!!!!! Das heisst Lebensgefahr und nicht Nutzbar!!!Keine Netzabdeckung für Mobiltelefone. Weder zum Telefonieren noch mobile Daten.Dafür ist ein WLAN dazu buchbar für 8 pro Tag.Auf mehrere Versuche die Verantwortlichen zu erreichen (per Mail, SMS, Anrufbeantworter) wurde nicht reagiert.Bei der Anlage gibt es mehrere Apartments.In unserem Fall war es das Apartement SOFIA.Finger Weg!
