You will stay in a high-quality - maritime-themed - spacious 2-room apartment for up to 4 people on 55 m² of living space on the 1st floor with two west-facing balconies.

In the dining area there is a modern kitchenette. A quiet refrigerator as well as a quiet dishwasher, a microwave and the usual small household appliances are also part of the equipment.

The living area with a 40 LED flat screen, satellite TV, hi-fi system with CD, Blue-Ray player can also be used as a sleeping area with an easily convertible double sofa bed (170 cm x 200 cm) with a seat-high lying area and blackout curtains.

The bedroom with blackout curtains has a large sliding door wardrobe with plenty of storage space as well as a built-in safe and a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) with raised seat and very good mattresses. There is also enough space for a children's travel bed. Another highlight is the 2nd LED screen 32 in the bedroom.

The bathroom is equipped to a high standard. A hair dryer is provided.

Our Kormoran Residence is a well-kept and modern holiday residence in Cuxhaven-Döse with a predominantly southern/western orientation. It is only about 150 m walk to the beach and beach house. Apartments in the Residenz Kormoran in Cuxhaven on the North Sea Facilities: In the holiday complex you will find holiday apartments for 1-6 persons car parking space/underground parking space, coin-operated washing machine/dryer, bicycle cellar, lift.



Arrival is possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departure from 05:00 to 10:00.
