This bright and quiet 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor in a peaceful residential area. The cosy living room is perfect for relaxing or playing a game at the dining table. A TV is also available. The large, fully equipped kitchen features a lovely dining area where you can enjoy your meals, coffee, or tea. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (200x200 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a raised toilet and has a window. The balcony faces south/west with a view of the gardens. Parking is available across the street from the building, and we have a spot in the garage for bicycles.
The apartment is located near the bus station, Wasserwerkswald, shopping areas, and the highway.
It’s about 15–20 minutes away from the Weser beach, the city centre, and tourist attractions. Such as the Klimahaus, Meditaraneo, Auswandererhaus, Maritime Museum, Museum Harbour, Zoo am Meer, City Sail Hotel with its observation deck, harbour tours or the harbour bus, day trips to Helgoland with duty-free shopping, and the fishing harbour with its many events and restaurants that invite you to linger.
In about 20–30 minutes, you’ll reach Duhnen-Neufeld with its wave pool and the Wadden Sea, as well as Duhnen, which offers opportunities for shopping, relaxing, enjoying yourself, and unwinding.
