Welcome to this bright, comfortable ground floor flat in a fantastic location. The place is a unique oasis of calm with a shared sun deck by the sea. Enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace with a fantastic sea view, find a shady spot in the afternoon and settle in with your holiday reading. Experience marvellous sunsets and watch the dolphins as you pass through the channel between the mainland and the island of Rab.



Nearby is the sheltered Zavratnica bay, but also the Velebit National Park, where you can enjoy the beautiful landscapes while hiking. There are three other national parks within a radius of 100 km. There is an approx. 2 km long gravel road leading to the property, which is only accessible by off-road vehicles.

Wie waren das zweite Jahr in Folge mit unseren Kindern in dieser Ferienwohnung. Man kann nicht selber mit einem einem Auto ohne Allrad bis zur Wohnung fahren, aber das hat uns nichts ausgemacht. Die Kinder lieben diese Ferienwohnung und auch die Besitzer sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Allein schon die Tatsachen, dass man das Meer vor der Haustüre hat, einen eigenen Meerzugang besitzt und man sich mit anderen nicht um eine Liege streiten muss, macht diese Ferienwohnung zu etwas ganz besonderen.
