The apartment features a fully equipped open kitchen with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and a seating area. The beautiful bathroom includes a sink, shower, and toilet. Ideal for couples.
The beach and the centre of Zinnowitz are just 5 minutes away and easily accessible on foot.
A parking space on the property is included.

Small dogs up to 45 cm are allowed. Larger dogs must be registered in advance.


The holiday rental is located in a quiet area in the seaside resort of Zinnowitz; and is only about a 7-minute walk from the town centre and its numerous shopping options, as well as restaurants and cafés. The train station is a 10-minute walk away.
A large children’s playground and the Bernsteintherme, featuring a large seawater swimming area and a beach sauna, are in the immediate vicinity.

The Diedrich holiday apartment warmly welcomes dogs up to 45 cm in height (larger dogs upon request) for a fee. A dog pillow and a water bowl are provided. In addition, “Usedomer Hundeliebe,” an upscale dog grooming salon offering special organic dog chews and dog accessories, has recently opened on the premises.

The initial set of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be added for a fee.

A travel cot and high chair/child seating options (small chair, children’s table, and potty) are always available in all holiday rentals. (Advance notice is requested.)



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
