Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a sleeper sofa. All bedrooms are equipped with insect-screen roller blinds. Access to the large balcony allows you to enjoy the fresh mountain air in this health resort with its therapeutic climate. There is also a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a closet.

1 x 65 m² maisonette for up to 4 people.
The town centre, hiking trails, Kneipp facility, alpine outdoor pool, spa park, tennis courts, bowling alley, cross-country ski trails, and ski lifts are all just a few minutes’ walk away.
Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.
You’ll find beautiful mountain bike trails around Bayrischzell.
Good train connections via the Bavarian Regio-Bahn; travel is free in MVV zones 6–9 with the guest card.
The Sudelfeld ski area, with its 18 lifts and reliable snow conditions thanks to snowmaking, offers fantastic days on the slopes, and the cosy huts invite you to stop for a break.
A total of approximately 100 km of groomed cross-country trails round out the winter offerings. The free ski and cross-country bus will take you to both.
You can reach the Wendelstein by cable car or by cogwheel train (Brannenburg).
