to the lagoon, which is designated as a nature reserve. Here you have the opportunity to watch animals and
to take a leisurely stroll with your four-legged friend. The house has a living space of 72sqm in the basement, consisting of 1 living-dining room with open kitchen and fireplace, 1 bedroom, hallway and bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a view of the bay (bedroom sizes 12 and 16 sqmm). On the large property there is a garden pond near the terrace. A grill and garden furniture are available. The house was completely renovated in 2010/11 and is tastefully decorated. The equipment includes fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, television, DVD player. A separate outdoor bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin is located in the side lane, just 8 steps away from the main house. A covered seating area with glazed sides protects you even in less nice weather and still lets you enjoy nature and the Rügen climate.
