In the resort Canavella Soprana, 3 km from the centre of Spigno Monferrato, in a secluded, sunny position. For shared use: natural state property. In the house: storage room for bicycles, washing machine (extra). Roofed, parking at the house. Grocery 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bus stop 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Cortemilia 22 km, Roccaverano 13 km. Hiking paths: Valle Bormida. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
