Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Anlage und hatten diesmal das Vergnügen, eine etwas größere Wohnung zu haben. Vorab: die gesamte Anlage ist wirklich sehr schön, hochwertig und in einem hervorragendem Zustand. An unserer Wohnung gab es nichts wirklich zu kritisieren. Einziger Mangel: am Essplatz/Küchenbereich gibt es nur wenig Tageslicht, da dieser vom Wohnbereich durch eine recht hohe Trennwand abgeteilt ist. Das Personal ist unfassbar nett, man bekommt jeden Wunsch sofort erfüllt

Wohnung eigentlich ganz gut, Service mit großem Verbesserungspotential
Die Wohnung ist praktisch geschnitten und nett eingerichtet. Eine Einweisung beim Check-in hat nicht stattgefunden (Bedienung der Geräte, wohin mit dem Müll, wie ist das Zimmer zu verlassen, Heizung einstellen....). Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Instandhaltung scheint ein Fremdwort zu sein (Salz in der Spülmaschine war aufgebraucht und wurde trotz eindeutiget Anzeige vom Personal vor Bezug nicht nachgeüllt - ohne Salz läuft die Maschine nicht. Dann müsste der Hausmeister gerufen werden weil in Summe 5 Leuchtmittel defekt waren) Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war von sehr nett bis unverschämt fivty fivty.
