A small, newly renovated country house, nestled amid the soothing murmur of a stream and featuring a farm building, is looking for its new owners. Surrounded by nature, in the heart of the Kalkalpen National Park! A small bridge leads from the main road to the property, and a rocky mountain stream flows right next to it. On the property is an old, partially renovated outbuilding as well as a small earthen cellar. The flat terrain surrounding the house offers plenty of opportunities for play and relaxation. Idyllically situated on the Dambach, with private, rocky access to the water—what more could you ask for?



Holiday home, shower, toilet, 2 bedrooms:

The ground floor features a cosy living room connected to the kitchen and dining area—an ideal space for cooking together and spending time with family and friends. The living room opens directly onto the terrace, where you can relax in the fresh air. A toilet rounds out the amenities on this level. A nearly new wooden staircase leads to the attic, where there are two additional rooms, both with connections for a shower and toilet.

The cottage is fully equipped to make our guests’ stay as comfortable as possible: bed linens and towels, smart TV, oven, electric stove, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine with a set of capsules, electric kettle, toaster, and a unique grill with a smoking function.

The house has been carefully insulated and soundproofed, creating an exceptionally peaceful and quiet atmosphere inside. In addition, high-speed internet and a printer available for guests make it easy to work from home.

Guests also have access to three bicycles—ideal for leisurely outings, such as a trip to the supermarket in Windischgarsten. A place designed for relaxation in a peaceful setting with amenities that make your stay truly enjoyable.

Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
