We were the very first people to stay in this VRBO. The communication with the host was excellent. Prompt responses to all questions. Very welcoming. The house was being transitioned into a VRBO that will eventually be a great place to stay, but the house needed a lot of work externally and internally it needed some fixes. Everything functioned as we needed it to, and the host was open to fixing any issues we identified going forward. Because it was in transition from a newly acquired property into a VRBO, there were lots of things that needed to still get done, like putting light bulbs in sockets or finishing trim work, or making some of the beds and cleaning up the outside of the property. I have no doubt it will be a great place to stay in the near future, but it did need some help. We didn’t have any issues staying there, and like I said, everything worked as expected for being the very first renters.
