The host is great with communication. He was able to accommodate our group arriving a bit earlier which was great since we had an extremely long drive up to the Falls. The house looks just like the pictures. Everything was clean outside of the baseboard which maybe need a wipe down. King bed wasn’t a terrible but def I’ve slept in more comfy beds. There was more than enough space for all the adults and kids.Great outdoor space… we did smores and roasted sausages in the fire pit! The kitchenware was sufficient only thing was we had to prewash everything prior to use.Street parking was easy and sufficient. Overall we would return.
