Gemütliche neu Errichtete Fewo für 2-3 Personen in Einer Ehemaligen Kirche

In a former Protestant church in the centre of Biefang, a small area in the northwest of Oberhausen, we—Conny and Dirk—completely renovated and lovingly furnished a 50-square-meter holiday apartment in 2024, located in the former group room on the ground floor.

The apartment features a living room with an open kitchen, a new bathroom, and a bedroom with spacious closets and two beds.
In the summer, there is a small outdoor seating area; in the winter, this serves as a smoking area. Additionally, we can now offer two bicycles for a small fee.

Access to the apartment is via a private building entrance secured with a numeric code. From there, you proceed up the newly renovated staircase to the ground floor. The apartment has a lockable front door.

Our property is located right in the heart of the green Oberhausen-Biefang area, not far from the Duisburg city limits.
Several public transit stops are just a two-minute walk away, providing 24-hour access throughout Oberhausen and the rest of the Ruhr region via the Rhine-Ruhr Transport Association (VRR).
The Oberhausen Sterkrade train station is 2.5 km away. From there, you can reach all cities in the Ruhr region, including Düsseldorf’s Old Town (approx. 45 min),
The Sterkrade/Holten exit on the A3 highway is 500 m away.
Right around the corner is a small kiosk offering breakfast options and everyday necessities.
