The cozy cottage is located in the center of Corralejo and consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, a living room (German satellite TV) with open kitchen, a separate dining room, terrace with garden and a roof terrace with great sea views. The bathroom is new and has a modern rain shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, water cooker, toaster and coffee machine. A washing machine is available.
The holiday house is quietly about 3 minutes to the beach. There are restaurants, supermarkets, a playground and various entertainment facilities within 100 meters.

Great Location and a Good Sized Property but Badly Maintained
The property would be excellent if the owners maintained it. We arrived to find that the main living room light did not work and there were bulbs that needed replacing in both light fittings in the bedrooms. The electrics were generally poor with multiple extensions and wires running all around the main room. We had to buy batteries for one of the remote controls. Cleaning prior to our arrival was poor. It was the outside space which was particularly poor. There were several fence panels missing, including the green panel in this picture, which reduced privacy. The artificial grass was raised and dangerous. The garden areas were full of weeds and it is clear that it is not cared for. The roof terrace comprised of 2 sunbeds and three chairs which looked like spare garden furniture which had been dumped there. The exterior general need painting and doors and windows needed maintaining. Walls needed repairing. The owner was helpful and provided us with a cot and highchair for our granddaughter for when she visited but the owner let themselves into the property on at least three occasions without letting us know. While we accept that they own the property, for the period when we rented the property, we would expect our privacy to be respected.
