The view from the apartment was stunning and the location, first class. However, this is not a LUXURY APARTMENT as advertised by yourselves. Issues with oven not working, toaster damaged, no bedding/towel change despite requesting this. The oven not working and request for bedding change were made direct with the owner, who was obviously aware that the oven had not worked for some considereablr time and promised that he would look into bedding/towel change in the middle of our 3 week stay. The Apartment is desperately in need of and up-grade. Before we were able to use the shower, we had to clean this, it was very dirty, did not drain properly so this was cleaned, together with the washing machine drum rubber seal. Before leaving the apartment we dusted round and it was obvious this had not been thoroughly cleaned for some considerable time.Although the location and view from the Apartment was excellent, the cleanliness and state off the apartment is no way LUXURY, would not choose this apartment again. Not used to staying somewhere where you are expected to sleep in the same bedding for 3 weeks!!! Washing towels was not a problem but for the money charged, we expected a weekly change of bedding/towels, and as it is advertised as having a "full cooker", we felt disappointed when, having bought things to cook, we were unable to do so.
