Ceiling fans are in the Lounge and both bedrooms.

Bring the sunbed cushions into the property, replace the pool cover and ensure that you have cleaned out the BBQ.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Lovely villa, quiet location. Supermarket 5 mins from the villa. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday this place is great. Pool small but great for a cool down & a little swim lovely & warm. Lovely Villa

Great property, everything that’s needed. We shall return without a doubt. Pool just the right size for a cool dip. Local bus directly across from villa. No need for a car although it’s good to travel around. Gary the host was very informative.

Relaxing Holiday

Gary has been an exceptional host from booking the property to ensuring everything was good on arrival. The property location is just a couple of bus stops from Corralejo which was great for us as we didn't want to hire a car. We enjoyed the private plunge pool and terrace with a lovely covered area. The kitchen is well stocked with all pans utensil's etc that you will need. Would definitely recommed this property. Thankyou Gary for allowing us to enjoy your holiday home

Lovely Stay

We have just had a perfect stay at Gary's place. The villas is very well equipped and has most things you would need. There are free standing fans in the bedrooms which are very welcomed as it was warm when we stayed. The best is the outside furniture to relax on (sofas under cover which we used every evening or the hottest part of the day. There was sun loungers, a small pool and a BBQ. There is a small supermarket on the Estate. Corralejo is not far away esp if you have a car which i would recommend in getting a car to get around and also for visiting some fabulous places tho there is a bus that comes to the estate. I would definitely recommend this Villa.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely villa and loads of room for just the two of us. Spacious enough if more staying. Convenient location, only 10 minute drive to various areas that we like. There is a regular bus service to Corralejo with the bus stop just opposite the villa if you don't want to hire a car. Also a supermarket two minute walk away and a couple of bars. Villa was very secure and you felt very safe. Pool was great to cool off in. Okay, you can't swim lengths, but when the weather is hot it's really good to have. Also, it was heated and so warm enough even for me to go in! Had issue with the wifi on arrival, but very quickly sorted by the property managers, two lovely girls who were very helpful. Gary was also very quick to respond to any communication. Had a lovely time at this villa and definitely want to return.

Good location, issue with pool chlorine causing rash

The location was ideal for corralejo and the tvs were good. Cleanliness could be better and towels needed to go through a couple of hot washes before they stopped smelling! Unfortunately we couldnt use the pool because the children got chlorine rashes from it on the first day which were quite severe. We messaged Gary who suggested it may be just the kids reacting to the chlorine (my kids swim regularly and the rash turned into full scabs/chlorine burn - there was a pool chemical issue). But he also sent around his property manager quickly. They half emptied and refilled the pool to be safe. The kids used the pool later that day and it was ok but a couple of days later they went in again and winthin a minute were out crying because the water was hurting them. Needless to say we didnt try the pool again and I would recommend against this property for young children.

A beautiful villa with comfort in mind

My husband and I decided to book this beautiful villa for 4 weeks over Christmas and New Year and have to say that it was one of the best holidays we have had for comfort and the feeling of home from home. The villa has a small/heated pool which is ideal for cooling off in and children will love it too. The villa is very well equipped with everything needed in the kitchen to do self catering (I even cooked a full Christmas Dinner with all the trimmings) The living room has a big TV and 2 settees that turn into beds (if needed) there is a 6 seating dining table and chairs. The bedrooms consist of a VERY comfortable double in one room and 2 single beds in the other both with wardrobes that house plenty of hangers (which we have never known on any of our previous holidays anywhere else, we all know that feeling of struggling to hang all our clothes LOL) The bathroom has a shower over the bath, bidet, toilet and sink and all are of a decent size. The patio has a round table with chairs, small table with chairs and plenty of sun beds with comfortable cushions if required. The washing machine was very welcomed as it meant we did not have to pack loads of clothes and there are 2 clothes driers on site too. There is a ironing board and iron for use as well as a hair dryer and a fan in each room for those boiling hot months (we didn't use these as being December/January it was cooler and didn't need them at night but they were there should we have needed them) There is room at the side of the villa for a car should you hire one. The supermarket is so close that we could see it from the kitchen window and this is a well stocked shop with everything you could think of and most of their own brands are fine and a lot cheaper. The bus stop is also opposite the villa with busses every 30 minutes in the week and hourly on a Sunday to Corralejo costing only 1.40Euros. There is also a taxi rank just before the supermarket and this is approx 12 Euros in to Corralejo as they have to go the long way in due to road works at the moment but 7.60 Euros to come back as straight journey. There are 2 restaurante bars close by, one is a Spanish bar that has amazing meals at great prices and happy hour between 3.30 and 6.30 and next door is the Italian which does fab pizzas as well as many other dishes and although the drinks are a little more expensive than the Spanish bar the lager was actually nicer. Both bars do many meals under 10 Euros.

The accommodation was in a nice location and not too far from the airport. It was clean and had all the things you would need for a comfy stay. The host was regularly in touch and provided all the info we needed before hand. Unfortunately, the accommodation was not ready for 3pm and although we only arrived 10mins earlier than this, the cleaner informed us that they would need at least 30 mins more and sent us away. Thankfully, there was a cafe nearby. In addition, the pool was not fit for use. My children took a dip on the first day and ended up with an awful irritation over their body. The host was good enough to have someone sort the pool. However, it was only fully fit to use the evening before we were due to fly out. It would have been ideal if the pool was dealt with in advance of our stay.

Dear Sabia], Thank you for your recent feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your children experienced a skin reaction after using the pool, and I hope they are feeling better. I would like to clarify a few points for the record. My pre‑arrival instructions clearly state that the pool float containing the chlorine tablet must be removed before swimming, as it is not safe to swim while the tablet is actively dispersing chlorine. From your own message, it appears the float had not been removed when the children entered the pool. Following your message, I asked my pool cleaner to test the water. The results confirmed that the pool chemistry was neutral and within safe levels. I also advised you during your stay to add a small amount of fresh water through the hose to help dilute the chlorine slightly, asking that you run for no longer than 10minutes, you must have forgotton it was in the pool because the pool was then overfilled to the point that the water ran over the filter, flooded the pool house and disrupted the circulation equipment. This required the pool to be part drained, the area cleaned and ventilated (“smoked”), and the chemical balance fully re‑adjusted. As a result, the pool was out of action for two days but you personally caused this. Under the terms of my rental agreement, I had the right to deduct the costs of this work from your booking, which amounted to approximately €65. However, I chose not to do so and instead covered these expenses myself, for this reason i am amazed i received such a review. I take the safety and maintenance of the property very seriously, and I will continue to reinforce these instructions with future guests to help avoid any similar issues. I hope, in time, you will understand that the situation was largely due to a misunderstanding of the pool‑use instructions rather than a fault with the property itself.

The villa was very clean and well presented with an excellent outside area. British TV was a bonus. The pool and seating area were very welcome and we spent virtually all of time at the property. The only thing was that the bath is in need of replacing as it is a bit damaged. We would definitely rebook

We are aware the bathtub has a couple of chips that rust up, we will keep repairing for now as the bathtubs are Con-created in place, we are not planning on renewing until next year sometime as we intend to Replace with a shower and a whole new bathroom. Winter sunshine

Stayed here for 5weeks was hoping to stay longer but due to UK Corona virus rules had to cut holiday short.The villa is spotless comfortably beds lovely patio area with pergola very secluded sun all day .Tv reception one of the best we have had location great less than 5mins to well stocked supermarket same to the regular bus stop taking y into correlecjo.Ther is 2bars come food outlets within walking distance. Would definitely stay hear again unfortunately all booked for dates we won’t this coming winter .

It offers a comfortable outside area that can shelter clients that do not wish to be in the direct sun, without detaching you from the sunbathers of the family. The pergola faces the sunbathing terrace and so interaction is not a problem no matter what your choice.
