This spacious single storey villa is well appointed & equipped to a good standard. It has a comfortable lounge/diner, separate kitchen, separate utility room, two bathrooms and two double bedrooms. Outside is a private heated swimming pool, dining area, garden & sunning space and BBQ . Also a roof terrace for extra sunbathing . Canarian garden front and rear. Air conditioning is available at an additional fee on arrival. Free 300Mb fibre optic internet is linked to Smart TV to provide many options . Mainly suitable for couples, mature guests & families .
Drinking water is available on tap in the kitchen via a water purifier, so providing the option of not having the additional cost of buying drinking water, or the need to carry and lift heavy water bottles. Just another example of continuing improvements we strive to make for our guests.

The villa is lovely, everything you would need is provided. The pool area is particularly great and the heated pool was amazing (we went in March). Easy walking to shops and bars. Enjoyed watching the kite surfers at the beach. Katja was so friendly and easy to contact and made arrival and check out very easy.
Katja was there to welcome us on arrival....great communication with her prior to arrival too. Fantastic amenities and cleanliness..... plenty of space both inside and outside. Don't be put off by the location....it's in a great spot just a short walk into Corralejo main strip and even nearer Campanario centre.
The Villa was excellent, very well equipped and in really good condition. The internal layout was spacious and comfortable, as was the garden with lots of space to follow the sun all day! The real bonus was having its own private pool. Our host, Katja, was there to meet us on arrival and was very helpful and such a nice person. It is located in a lovely quiet area, but within walking distance to amenities, and made for a really relaxing holiday.
Everything was perfect . Katcha who is managing the house is so good . Professional and obviously knowledgeable in keeping everything in such good order for the rental market
Lovely villa perfect for our family if four. Great outdoor spaces and pool always a bonus. Good location, a few bars just around the corner and a lovely shopping centre over the road with lots of shops bars and places to eat. Great communication if we needed anything. We all had a wonderful holiday.

Lovely villa we had a great holiday, 2 adults 2 kids. Far enough out of the centre to be peaceful in the evening but close enough to enjoy the bar and restaurants. Well stocked villa with everything you could imagine and more. Responsive hosts and Katja who helped manage the villa. Thank you for a great holiday.
From the moment we stepped out of the taxi to be met by Katja we knew we were onto a winner, she was so pleasent & took us through the villa & gave us all the information we needed.The Villa is excellent, very clean with everything you require and in a good location.5 min walk to El Camparnario centre with plenty of shops & restaurants. 10 min walk to start of main high street or 5 min taxi ride to take you further down.Our 4th time in Corralejo but this was by far the best accommodation 5 stars.Cheers Geoff n Valerie
The property was lovely with everything we needed for our months stay not having to buy water was a bonus.The gardens and pool were excellent .Graham the owner was on hand to show us how everything worked couldn’t have asked for a better host.The area the villa was in has everything you need just a 10 min walk to popcorn beach 20 mins into the main town and only a 4 euro taxi ride if you didn’t want to walk. We will definitely stay again .
Absolutely love this villa and the owners are just lovely. We were greeted by Katja who is also great. She sent us recommendations on the best (not the most expensive!) restaurants and things to do in the area as did the owners the first time we were here. This is our second time here and cannot fault the place. Private parking spot for car hire, beautiful garden, pool and patio, roof terrace with a view, situated within quick walking distance of restaurants and shops not to mention a 15 mins walk to the famous sand dunes/national park. It's a real home from home feel. Just love it!!

Excellent property in a perfect location- nice and quiet but local shops (inc supermarket) within 5 mins walk and beach 10 mins walk. I didnt hire a car and did not miss having one, bus stop couple of minutes away for one bus route and c 15 mins away from the other one. Katja was brilliant, in contact before I arrived, met me at the property and then sent me load of info on places to visit. The property had everything I needed including well equipped kitchen. Will definitely be back!
Amazing little find, really well equipped, everything you could want from a self catering villa. Short of nothing in the kitchen. Lovely heated pool. Very short walk to bars, restuarants phamacy, shops and supermarket. Would not hesitate to stay here again

The area surrounding the villa is ideal for holidays and also for longer term living because it is close enough to walk to the beaches, shops of Corralejo, El Campanario centre, & the harbour. A car isn't needed to have a great holiday. The villa is in a quiet & attractive area. So you can go out for the day or evening in town & just walk home at the end.

What makes this property unique
The villa has all the comforts you need for an enjoyable time , a pool for cooling down, sunbathing areas to warm up again with a garden facing south for all day sunshine.The pool is heated with a solar gain cover, and in winter by a pool heater as well. Air conditioning is available in the lounge/diner and both bedrooms at a small additional charge.
A Samsung UHD50" 4K flat screen TV is linked to 600Mb Wi-Fi providing all UK tv and Sky channels plus BT Sport.
The separate kitchen is a good size & the laundry/ drying area invaluable for beach things.
A small supermarket & a bar are within a few minutes walk , and a large supermarket just a little further on.
The villa enjoys level surroundings and accommodation (apart from a roof terrace and a small step at the rear) so it is ideal for elderly and disabled people. More details are available about access , door widths etc from the owners.
Parking is off street on the gated drive. The gardens are Canarian in style with plenty of bright bougainvillea too.
