Good location and lovely villa

Stayed here twice now and can highly recommend it. It's a short walk to the strip, aqua park and childs inflatable/trampoline park. I will be booking the villa again next year.

Absolutely lovely villa. Well maintained and clean throughout 3 Large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Pool cleaned twice a week Garden has a large table and 6 Su loungers and a covered pergola providing plenty of shade Lovely area just a short walk from the town with ample friendly bars and restaurants We have been going to Corralejo for 20 years and have stayed in many Villas around the town and I would rate this as one of the best Thank you for a very lovely and relaxing holiday

Another enjoyable holiday 😎

This is our 2nd stay at this villa this year. After our 1st stay we suggested fans in the bedrooms as they can get very hot, the very helpful owner has now provided the fans which really did make our stay far more comfortable. The villa is in a really good location, a couple of minutes walk to local shops and bars and a lovely 15 minute walk into the town.

Perfect time

We really enjoyed our stay with the whole Family in the Villa. Much space for everybody, very clean, 2 pretty bathrooms - nice for our teenager Girl ;-) the Villa is perfect located near to supermarket, Bars,Bistro and Corralejo Centre . Best Ice cream in whole Fuerte on the other side of the street. Very kind Contact to owner Marvida and the local Contact Person. Sure it wasn‘t our last stay here… Thanks a lot.

Great stay

Really enjoyed the villa, I had read some of the reviews which were quite negative but I have had no problems with anything really - yes maybe it would need some TLC in places and some more attention to detail but overall this villa is value for money in its price range. I have chosen to go self catering on many occasions so I am well capable of adapting, so those of you expecting to find all the comforts of home may be disappointed but I stayed there for one month and had no problems and would definitely do so again

This is a spacious and good value rental property. We found it clean, comfortable and functional. Some good local shops and cafes/bars a short walk away plus an always occupied taxi rank to take you to the further reaches of the main strip, or when you didn't fancy the walk. We particularly liked the comfortable sunbeds and small, private sunroof, and having two sets of keys for flexibility for coming and going. I can't quite give 5 stars as there were a few minor defects which were fixed through the local representative or shared with the owner for furture fixing but nothing major enough to spoil our stay. Overall very good.

Great house for a family holiday.

Great house for a family holiday. Fully equipped, has everything you need for a comfortable stay, all in good condition and works. Suitable for families with small children as has no stairs with the exception of the terrace on the roof. The pool is closed with a tent from polycarbonate in winter, which is also protects from children and makes bathing more comfortable in windy days. The house is located on the outskirts, so it takes 15-20 minutes to the beaches and shopping centres , but we walked even with a stroller. And also it is possible to hire bikes or a car. Minutes away there are several cafes and a grocery. The disadvantage for us was damages pavement on the street leading to the house. Was a trouble to walk with the stroller. The owners are attentive, friendly, quickly respond to all questions. Free Wi-Fi. Overall we are satisfied with our holiday, will recommend this Villa to friends.

We were very disappointed with the villa. It was dingy, showing signs of neglect and its age. A good clean might have helped improve impressions, but cobwebs on the furniture, mould around the baths etc, did not help The contact at resort was not at all helpful or interested in our complaints on arrival The exterior area of the villa was not pleasant. Bird droppings on the terrace and poolside furniture had obviously been there some time. A pool cover would have helped keep the water cleaner during the bad weather of the first week; it might have helped maintain a water temperature which dropped so much that we did not use the pool during our stay. A shame! Did not use the phone so absence of ring tone not a concern. Did not use the TV, but did not see evidence of English channels. Were told not to use the gate to access the resort behind the villa. But at the time the swimming pools were empty and the area was more like a building site. Overall we did not enjoy our stay, it was not an experience we would repeat, and we would not recommend it to anyone.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und ist angemessen möbliert. Die Terasse mit Pool und Liegen bietet sehr viel Platz zum sonnen. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig 2-mal wöchentlich gereinigt. In der Nähe gibt es zwei große Supermärkte (Mercadonna und Lidl). Mit dem Auto waren es weniger als 5 Min. bis zur Innenstadt. Insofern war alles soweit in Ordnung. Unbedingt ersetzt werden sollten aber die verbeulte Bratpfanne und die stumpfen Messer.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus sehr gut erholen können. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, auch wenn es etwas schwierig mit der Verständigung war und unser Flieger leider mit ca. 1.5 Stunden Verspätung ankam. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben. Alle Geräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Kleine Anmerkung: Bei der Kaffeemaschine fällt der Filterhalterung leicht raus, daher würden wir einen Tausch empfehlen, im Backofen fehlte der Rost. Der Kühlschrank müsste auch mal abgetaut werden und etwas mehr Besteck sollte vorhandensein. Aber ansonsten ist alles top. Wir würden das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Insgesamt empfehlendswertes Haus mit 3 vollwertigen SZ und 2 großen Bädern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub genossen. + ordentliche Lage, aber Mietwagen empfohlen + alles funktioniert (Küche, Bad, Fenster, Türen) + Ausstattung gut, Kaffeemaschine Top, aber wenig Besteck + sehr freundlicher Empfang, spricht allerdings nur spanisch - fehlerhafte Beschreibung kein Hallenbad sondern Pool wie auf den Bildern kein Solarium sondern Liegen auf der Dachterrasse - unschön, direkt hinter dem Grundstück steht ein zweistöckiges Haus - Carport aufgrund zu hoher Bordsteinkante nicht nutzbar, aber genügend Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus

Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus

Die Villa "Marvida" ist ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit eigenem Pool. Der Kontakt zur Gatgeberin war angefangen von der Buchungsanfrage bis hin zum Anreisetag sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Bei Problemen war Frau Pino von der Hausverwaltung sofort erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt und entsprach voll und ganz den Bildern des Inserats. Lediglich die private Garage (Carport) konnte man nicht nutzen, aber es gab ausreichend Parkplätze an der Straße vor dem Haus. Der Pool wurde 2mal in der Woche gereinigt. Und sowohl die Spühlmaschine, wie auch die Waschmaschine waren eine super Hilfe im Alltag. Ein Minuspunkt war allerdings der Zustand der Kleinelektrogeräte und des Kochgeschirrs. Aber alles in Allem haben wir in der Villa "Marvida" einen sehr schönen 3wöchigen Urlaub verbracht. Vielen Dank

Lo pasamos bien pero la piscina estaba un poco sucia y fría. La casa es buena pero con necesidad de mantenimiento, tubería del lavado en los baños pierden agua y tuve que arreglarlo. Sartenes y otras cosas necesitan cambiar.

Una estafa

Todo el mantenimiento de la casa estaba sin hacer. La piscina sin filtro de agua, ni bomba. En el jardín exterior nos encontramos con la ducha embozada y con suciedad, bolsas de basura llenas sin tirar, cascotes de obra, cigarrillos y suciedad en cada rincón. La barbacoa tenía telas de araña y botes con agua putrefacta. El brezo de separación exterior estaba caído en todos los lados. En el interior, nos encontramos con desperfectos en los muebles, secador de pelo roto e inservible, la nevera sin baldas, etc. Por ello, hicimos fotografías y vídeos a todo para dejar constancia, reclamar y abandonamos la casa. Por cierto, mandamos todo al propietario y solo nos ofreció ayuda en dar el teléfono del encargado de mantenimiento, como si la propiedad fuera nuestra y tuviéramos que gestionar la solución de todo nosotros. No recomiendo, para nada, que nadie entre en esta casa.

Una lástima

Nos hospedamos dos parejas y un niño de 3 años durante una semana, obviamente decidimos reservar esta villa por su piscina...que gran decepción desde el día que llegamos estaba llena de tierra o arena y agua algo empozada (verdosa el agua), avisamos al chico de mantenimiento (Marcos) desde el primer momento, dándonos siempre largas...en una semana nunca apareció, aunque comentaron que venía 3 veces a la semana para realizar el mantenimiento...el agua cada vez iba a peor (tengo todas las fotos que hubiera adjuntado si me dejara esta página). Las llamadas ni mensajes respondía, los últimos días. Por tanto, no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina en ningún momento y menos el pequeño de la familia. Me parece lamentable que una isla tan turística tenga este tipo de profesional trabajando...nos dieron las vacaciones. En lo que respecta a la villa, en general bien. Destacar a Pino, existiendo buena comunicación con ella y amabilidad...el resto de la casa estaba limpia, sin quejas; una pena tener en el equipo, una persona de mantenimiento tan poco seria .

Kurzurlaub

Das Haus war sehr sauber. Bei Problemen war der Vermieter sofort erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auf der Terrasse konnten wir sogar im Februar frühstücken und am Abend draußen sitzen. Zum Ortskern geht man ungefähr 30 Minuten zu Fuß. Dort kann man auf der Promenade spazieren gehen oder in einem der vielen Lokale gut Essen oder nur etwas trinken und auf das Meer schauen. Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, so dass man sich gut selbst versorgen kann. Die Baustellle ist noch vorhanden, jedoch haben wir fast nichts gehört, ich denke bis zum Frühling / Sommer sind die Arbeiten beendet. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht.

Leider ein nicht so schönes Quartier wie erwartet

Leider war das Objekt in einem nicht sehr sauberen Zustand. Der Kühlschrank z.b. hatte an der gesamten Dichtung Schimmel sowie Rostflecken an den Plastikteilen im Kühlschrank. Der Toaster war zwar alt, jedoch in einem ekligen Zustand, so dass hier eine Erneuerung erforderlich wäre. Im Badezimmer war ebenfalls Schimmel, am Toilettenbecken war eingetrockneter Urin. Ebenso waren Kleiderschränke und Schubladen nicht sehr sauber.Es musste bei der Reinigung noch nachgebessert werden , obwohl wir einen Teil schon selbst erledigt hatten. Die Farbe des Hauses ist nicht in einem freundlichen Gelb, wie in der Bildbeschreibung , sondern in einem dunklen Rot. Auch der Pool war keineswegs überdacht. Letztendlich war die gesamten 2 Wochen jeweils ab 8 Uhr erheblicher Baulärm, weil die gesamte Straße durch Presslufthammer aufgerissen wurde. Da kann der Vermieter nichts dafür. Es ist schade, dass ein Haus, welches nett eingerichtet ist nicht mehr gepflegt wird. Wir kommen schon seit fast 20 Jahren nach Corralejo und sind das erste Mal wirklich enttäuscht.

GOOD SIZE VILLA BUT NEEDS A BIT OF TLC

The villa is a good size and location not too bad, lovely bakery down the road but if you want somewhere decent to eat on an evening then you need to hit the strip. On arrival the villa was not at its best, not very clean, so much so I had to buy cleaning product and clean the whole villa. Now I'm no OCD but I don't expect to find thick cobwebs on the beams, dust you can write your name in on tables and excrement stains in both toilets! Also, the outside table had not been cleaned in a very long time. I don't believe the villa is getting a thorough clean after each visit and I did advise Mariana this but criticism is not taken too lightly. The pool was filthy, Mariana did arrange for the pool to be cleaned 2 days after we got there but when asked when it would be cleaned again, she was going to charge extra for this but gladly didn't when I pointed out why they had to come only 2 days after arriving, because it was filthy. Beds are comfy and it is a good sized villa, but bath/shower screen in en-suite needs looking at and the shower holder which constantly fell off. The bath has been sealed with a lump of sealant and the pool has been badly bodged up too. Like I advised Mariana the villa was cleaner when I left than it was when I arrived. A real shame that I have had to write this review and no doubt there will be an unfavourable response, but If you do decide to stay here make sure you take your rubber gloves!
