Large vacation Rental Home in quiet residential area ideally located just outside Corralejo (main resort on the northeast island coast) right next to the Dunes Natural Park and 4 km of beautiful white sandy beaches on a sea of turquoise colours.

The subdivision is located on the road to Oliva / Tindaya, a few minutes from the charming village of Lajares and mythical surfers' beaches of El Cotillo. There are garden areas, parks for kids and some shops: bar, restaurant and one supermarket.

Beautiful property, carefully furnished with modern furniture, fully equipped with every comfort, ideal for enjoying a relaxing stay in the quiet.

Pleasant outdoor area well-appointed, sunny terrace with sun loungers and giant sunshade, private swimming pool heated to 27 ° C all year round, outdoor shower with hot water, stone barbecue, covered veranda (porch), glazed and equipped with a large garden table with six chairs and foam benches. A beautiful wall fence covered with foliage guarantees to the terrace a perfect privacy while giving it a touch of "patio" style Canarian.

The veranda is a complementary living space ideal to enjoy during the day meals outdoors sheltered from the heat and in the evening pleasant barbecue moments with family or friends.

The interior of the house consists of a large living / dining room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms for 6 beds and 2 bathrooms. A bathroom with shower cubicle is integrated into the master bedroom, the second bathroom has a bath with hand shower.

Spacious and functional kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, full set of pots and pans, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, coffee makers, toaster. Separate laundry room with washing machine.

The living room is equipped with a large flat screen SMART-TV, a DVD player and a dual satellite installation that offers all national channels of Spanish television, French, Italian, German and a few English channels. Free and unlimited access to NETFLIX is available

A high-speed Wi-Fi installation allows a fast, free and unlimited Internet connection.
The master bedroom is equipped with a safe.
The house has a large private parking 8 meters long where it is possible to park two vehicles, it is fully covered, vehicles park in the shade.

Fantastic Holiday Villa

We loved the Villa, it had plenty of space and had everything you needed to enjoy your holiday.The kitchen had everything you need to cook a complete meal, coffee machine, dishwasher etc.The pool was lovely and clean and we enjoyed using it.You need a car in this area to get to shops, beaches, restaurant's etc, we used taxi's if we wanted to go out in the evening to Corralejo which cost 12 euros each way.Comfy beds and large bathrooms.We would definitely return.

V Nice property, well looked after. Positives; outside shower ,v good, pool clean and warm, David (manager) v helpful, good kitchen facilities in general. Negatives; shower floods on to floor as needs a seal on door by the wall, annoying having to mop up after shower, needs a couple of smaller oven dishes for cooking. Could do with a drainer of somesort for pot washing (dishwasher though). Overall a lovely property would recommend

Everything was just perfect for our vacation!

Starting with the contact (Stefano) everything went just fine and smooth. Communication was clear and absolutely friendly. Arranging the hand over with Dave went pretty well and coordinated. Just messaged via WhatsApp when we would arrive at the villa. (Description from Stefano was detailed). The villa fits the description, it was well cleaned and all equipment was ready to use. So we could just relax for the ten days. During our stay, Stefano asked if everything was ok and to report any problems or raise questions to him or Dave - we didn’t as it wasn’t necessary :) Thank you very much - we absolutely enjoyed our stay and our little one especially the pool!

Komplette Ausstattung in der Küche: vom Spülmaschinentab bis zumToaster, alles vorhanden und sauber. Der Kontakt mit Stefano und Beppo war sehr angenehm, auch als wir wegen der kühlen Witterung nach einer Heizung fragten, wurde uns schnellstens geholfen.Der Pool war mit 27 ein Traum und war Top geflegt!

Eine Villa mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Hervorragender Kontakt mit Stefano und seinem Verwalter Beppe. Ausstattung top: beheiztes Pool, warme Aussendusche, riesen Sonnenschirm, Safe, großer TV mit deutschen Programmen, Wlan, alle Geräte in top-Zustand, klasse Küchenausstattung, Nachts absolute Ruhe - tagsüber normale Kulissengeräusche der Anwohner, inkl. Absolut traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Es war wirklich perfekt. In La Capellanía hatten wir uns schon im letzten verliebt. Aber dem damaligen Haus fehlte einiges. In dieser Villa nun war für uns alles perfekt. 3 Wochen waren eigentlich zu kurz. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut. Auch der Check in lief reibungslos. Schöner Urlaub mit allem was man braucht

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Übergabe bei der Ankunft hat super geklappt. Pool und Grill sind ein echtes Plus. Man sitzt auf der Terrasse windgeschützt. Es war ein schöner Urlaub.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht ☺️ Vorab hatten wir einen sehr netten Kontakt zu Stefano, dem Eigentümer des Hauses, der uns immer sofort geantwortet hat, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Vor Ort angekommen, kontaktierten David, der für die Schlüsselübergabe genannt wurde. Er wohnt nebenan, von daher war alles problemlos. Er hat uns das Haus gezeigt und stand uns jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Danke David ☺️ Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen vom Trubel, so dass ein Auto auf jeden Fall von Nöten ist. Das Haus selbst ist in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand, das Highlight ist natürlich der Pool. Es war alles da, was man braucht: Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, einen riesigen Fernseher mit Netflix, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Wäscheklammern, 4 Sonnenliegen mit super Polstern, Sonnenschirm, ausreichend Decken, Kissen, Handtücher, überdachter Parkplatz,… Auch am Tag der Abreise konnten wir länger im Haus bleiben, da unser Flug relativ spät ging. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank an Stefano und David für diesen tollen und gelungenen Urlaub.

Jederzeit wieder

Wir waren super zufrieden. Von der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit her, eines der besten Objekte, das wir bisher gebucht haben und wir sind schon des öfteren auf Fuerteventura gewesen. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und können es zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen. Auch der Service hat super geklappt. Man sollte sich zwar unbedingt ein Auto mieten, da der Ort selber nicht viel zu bieten hat. Es gibt einen Supermarkt und zwei Lokale (einfach aber gut und günstig) für zwischendurch völlig ausreichend. Sollte sich die Gelegenheit bieten werden wir auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

Genau richtig für uns... wir haben das schöne Häuschen genau wie in der Beschreibung vorgefunden, wurden von David begrüßt. Ein Pool zum abkühlen, wohl temperierte Zimmer, auch ohne Klimaanlage... mit Auto der perfekte Ort für Urlaub auf dieser schönen Insel... jederzeit gerne wieder... freundlich, kompetent und unkompliziert... liebe Grüße an Stefano und David.

Tutto fantastico

Casa ancora meglio dal vivo che in foto, ha tutto quello di cui puoi avere bisogno, piscina riscaldata ottima per i pomeriggi dopo il mare, veranda esterna riparata dal vento tipico di fuerteventura perfetta per poter cenare all’esterno. Pulizia e attenzione al dettaglio top. Consigliatissima!
