It features a 140 m2 area with a back terrace, private solar-heated pool, and a 350 m2 garden with over a hundred different plant species. The kitchen and living room are integrated, occupying 35 m2, with two bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms. The villa offers solar heated swimming pools and wifi, and a photovoltaic solar energy system with a heat pump has been installed to maintain comfortable temperatures in the pool year-round.
The villa is conveniently located only 300 meters away from supermarkets, taxi services, rental cars and bikes, banking, bars, and restaurants, with the Campanario commercial center, the largest in Corralejo, only 500 meters away. Corralejo is renowned for its international cuisine, ranging from Italian, British, French, fast food, and Spanish, with local restaurants offering fresh fish dishes and traditional Canarian delicacies.
The island of Fuerteventura is known for producing Aloe Vera products, and it is possible to visit the factories. Another local product is goat cheese, available fresh, cured, or semi-cured from small industries and homemade varieties. Canary wines are also worth sampling. The Campario Commercial Center hosts a fair of local products every weekend.
The small Lobos Island is only 3.5 km from Corralejo Port, and Lanzarote is 13.5 km away, with frequent ships connecting the locations daily. Local fishermen organize fishing excursions on demand, and the town of El Cotillo, with its pristine beaches and fresh fish, is only 15 km away. A lovely spacious clean comfortable and well equipped villa in a quiet location.
We have just spent 3 weeks in this lovely Villa and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a quiet peaceful location but not too far from all that the resort of Corelejo has to offer.
The Villa which is located on a small gated complex stands in its own grounds with off road parking, beautiful large private garden, a heated pool, sun loungers, barbeque and a pergola for when you need some welcome shade.
In the morning sitting in the glazed veranda area overlooking the pool and garden with our tea and orange juice was a very pleasant way to start the day and spending time in the garden or in the pool where the only sound we could hear was the birds singing was special.
Inside the Villa there is everything you need to provide you with a home from home experience and in the master bathroom there is even a sunken Jacuzzi set in the bay window looking over the garden.
The host was great and really made us feel that his main concern was that we had a good experience which we definitely did thank you.

Pros: Todo, la ubicación, la casa en si perfecta, cocina muy completa, casa muy acogedora, la tranquilidad que hay, si quieres desconectar unos días de todo y cargar pilas es perfecta. La zona de piscina estaba azocada no sentías el viento.
Todo perfecto volveremos.

Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Voll ausgestattet, bei Ankunft stand sogar Wasser und Kaffee bereit. Freundlicher Kontakt und Support bei Anliegen zu jeder Zeit.
Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und Danken Miguel und seinem Team von Herzen
Nous avons passé un très agréable moment dans cette maison très bien agencée et bien équipée. Les enfants ont apprécié beaucoup la piscine. L’extérieur était tout aussi agréable que l’intérieur. La literie est de bonne qualité.
Juste un regret : que nous ne soyons pas restés plus longtemps.
