Terraced house "Casa Piana". In the hamlet Serrale, in the resort 50 m from the centre of San Giovanni di Moriani, 8.5 km from the centre of Moriani-Plage, 8 km from the sea, 8 km from the beach. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 8.6 km, restaurant 1.4 km, bus stop 9 km, sandy beach 8 km. Sports harbour 11 km. Nearby attractions: Cascade bucatoghju 6.5 km, Moriani-Plage 8.5 km. Hiking paths: Castagniccia, Casinca. Please note: car recommended.
"Piana", 4-room terraced house 102 m2 on 3 levels. Simple and rustic furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV (flat screen). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (130 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue. View of the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Landestypisches Haus in den Bergen

Dieses Haus liegt in absoluter Stille in einer wunderschönen Landschaft mit Blick zum Meer. Für Wanderer super geeignet. Mit einem großen Auto etwas beschwerlich zu erreichen . Wir haben die Stille genossen ! Übernahme und Abgabe waren total unkompliziert, die Besitzerin wohnt gleich gegenüber und ist sehr freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach , aber für uns ok . WLAN und Fernsehen alles da .

Nádherný výhled, klid a pohoda

Malá osada, kde se všichni zdraví včetně turistů, nádherný výhled do okolí i na moře, soukromí, ticho a klid. Cesty samá zatáčka, u jedné vodopád s možností koupání. Dům je rekreační, starý a odpovídá tomu. Luxus nehledejte, ale své kouzlo má. Malý tlak vody, takže sprchování bylo spíše polívání, ale dostačující. K dispozici pračka vč. gelu na praní, není potřeba moc oblečení s sebou. Majitelé vstřícní, paní napekla na přivítanou, mluví jen fr. S pánem se dá i anglicky. Celkově se líbilo.

Tolle Lage und viel Platz

Auf kleinen Straßen immer den Berg hoch: das lernt und lohnt sich! Was für ein Ausblick auf Berge, Wald und Nachbardörfer! Dazu viel Platz, ausgesprochen zuvorkommende Gastgeber, Wanderwege nicht weit, prima Strände an der Küste und immer der Rückzug in ruhige Hinterland. So darf es bleiben!!
