What can guests expect at the Baltic Atelier? With 65 square metres of living space and a 12-square-meter sun terrace featuring comfortable patio furniture, your holiday at the Baltic Atelier is sure to be very pleasant. The main living area on the ground floor features a cosy living-dining area with a small kitchen, where you’ll find a dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes, and a kettle. There’s also a sleeper sofa for relaxing evenings with a SMART TV and a dining table that seats four. There is also a separate bathroom with a rain shower, heated floor, and toilet. The ground floor features two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds.
A short walk of about 15–18 minutes takes you to Grzybowo Beach, where you can both relax and enjoy nature. The houses are situated in an ideal, quiet location 850 m from the beach, offering you a relaxing holiday by the Baltic Sea in Grzybowo near Kołobrzeg all year round. The holiday homes are new, bright, and designed in a modern style. The modern furnishings and abundant use of wood contribute greatly to the cosy atmosphere. Garden furniture and a grill are available on the open terrace, so you can enjoy meals together outdoors. Even in the fall and winter months, the Baltic Atelier is always worth a visit. From the holiday homes, you can take a stroll along the beach. Here at the Baltic Atelier, you can unwind and take a deep breath all year round. Not far from the Baltic Atelier runs the “ R-10 ” Velo Baltica bike path, which leads all the way to Świnoujście. Grzybowo is right next to Kołobrzeg, so you can take a lovely trip there. Shopping options and the city centre are just a few minutes’ walk away. The nearest Żabka supermarket and a pharmacy are about 200 metres from the Baltic Atelier, and a Dino mini-market is about 350 metres away.
